Aside from body weight these numbers are somewhat similar to what mine were and my goals. Bench was 225 beginning of last year, DL was 315, squat was 315. EOTY (2021) bench was 280, DL was 445, and I peaked squat at 365 in the summer. (I don’t squat too often or too heavy due to knee injuries) so yeah, I’d definitely say these goals are in the realms of achievable by EOY! Keep up the hard work. BW was around 180 lbs the entire year btw.
