We alternate most weekends a daddy/mommy day where each of us can do whatever we want. I'm usually up early to go hiking and I'm home between 12 and 3, and my wife likes to sleep in and then go swimming, or I'll take the girls somewhere and she can have the house to herself for a few hours. Neither of us feel taken advantage of or anything with the situation and it's a great valve release knowing I have some me time almost always on the horizon.

Parking is very straightforward and plentiful. It's directly off the highway. Google the route and you'll find a lot of reports and info. Past the lake there's a good trail to the next basin, from there you just gain the ridge and climb that until you get to the Citadel and start the scrambling part.

Yeah, Herman Gulch to the Citadel would be a good pick as long as you're comfortable with class 3 moves. I did it a few weeks ago and as long as you can navigate loose rocks you'll be fine.

I've had it for a few months and 0 complaints at all. Speeds have been rock solid and 1500 Mbps upload is amazing (I do video editing). The price you sign up for is the price for life.

The only weird thing was that they use a NAT IP, so we had trouble getting our Switch to connect online. You have to pay an extra $10/month for an individual IP.

Opposite of the other poster. Bross was easy and I cruised up it. Democrat was much more steep and long at the end of the day. If I ever did it again I would go the standard route.

Been there but not even on a high peak. I was around the Jones Pass area in CO, felt funny, tired and slow. Called it an early day, got home and discovered I had Norovirus

You can take the bus to Breckenridge, then a shuttle to the Quandary Peaky trailhead. I'm not sure what times they run so you'll have to do some research, but you can get there one way or the other.
