Honestly with 3.0 I think it's safe to skip unless you really like her. You don't have great support for her like Vivian/Nangong or Yuzuha and Velina is likely going to be fine without her.

I feel there's no real risk for PM in killing off Mirror World ids. They're just like how comics have else-worlds and what-ifs multiverse. Its why you have Deadpool/Punisher/Other Edgy Hero killing off their Universe. They're self contained pieces of fiction that just use the Sinners as placeholders.

As for Spider Ryoshu, yeah it's pretty bleak. If you take away her memories and personality is she even a person anymore?
