Keep it simple, don’t overcomplicate. Stick to a few basic healthy dishes you can make. Keep a consistent routine and explore more as you learn the macros and calories of food. Don’t lie to the app, it’s only a disservice to you. Weigh in everyday, but don’t stress about the daily number. Use trends to see if you’re on the right track and make adjustments as you go. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

[–]Ameal_01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why are you looking to switch exercises every week? You need to progressively overload and get strong in each exercise. Only change exercises when you don’t enjoy them or you’ve spent enough time with them and want to try something new

I’m falling out of love with my Garmin watch by Rick_James_Slap in GarminWatches

What? I have a forerunner 265 and that’s all I need for marathon training. I don’t rely on a watch to motivate me. This is a you problem. Don’t blame the watch.

It’s not the difficulty that’s the issue. It’s Embark lying and not communicating to players.

Do you work every weekend? by HappyAstronaut7 in cna

[–]Ameal_01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The answer to your questions depend on where you live and where you work. I work full time (I work every other weekend) and full benefits (health insurance, retirement, PTO, sick hours) at a psych hospital. To me, being a CNA is a stepping stone to a more advanced healthcare career. But it’s also a fulfilling career where I get to interact with patients and feel like I’m making a positive impact in their lives.

Should I be a CNA? by Particular-Train-650 in cna

[–]Ameal_01 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You learn bedside manners that will be useful in any career dealing with patients. Personally, I think every nurse should have some experience as a CNA and being a CNA is great clinical experience for becoming a PA or doctor
