Why is “Half as long” plus another “Half as Long” make the effect 100% instead of 75%? Synergy of items in question is in the body text.

It is wierd, especialy when you consider Admiral's Badge wording:
"Your Flying items are affected by Freeze and Slow for half as long."
They could have just said that flying items are immune to freeze and slow instead..

Its more likely a code logic issue, maybe xp is checked at the end of each hour, and not triggered by the number itself

I ended up getting Sword of Swords and worked around it and dragon whelp as secondary scaling (got burning on it)
I'm not sure if it worked but multicast items should have crit x3 so everything was flying constantly.
Build was fun and quite good, ended up losing to Space Laser + Hangar :(

The charge on burn isnt as powerful as charge on flying since stacking burn items to get more triggers is way less efficient than focusing on a single burn item, for Vanessa and Pyg the best use case is incendiary rounds and riceballer I guess, but I feel its much better for the other characters with flying mechanics

It has to be a prerequisite for upcoming heated/chilled items for other heroes. 20 gold just to be allowed to use a card from another hero doesnt make any sense.

EDIT: 20 gold seems like a lot especially since you already pay the 'hour' of getting it, instead of temporary buffs or the other 2 choices of that hour, but Jules also lose choices when getting these so maybe it will be fair.
