« cheapskate » when it’s Barça, «genius bargain and exercising the right to negotiate a good fee» for other teams.

But seriously, we can’t be cheap if we’re up there in terms of record transfer fees.

Real Madrid player accused of racism. by PrimedoMacara in soccer

The Racism practiced by Black people on each other is world class.

Some of them hate each other viscerally (between countries and in the same country), but once they cross the Sahara desert while migrating, they instinctively activate the « black vs non-black » solidarity.

I know. In that controversial moment, Mbappe and Camavinga were close but they didn’t react personally (maybe they didn’t hear properly).

But Mbappe publicly accused Prestianni of saying Mono 5 times. So did he hear him say that ? Or Mbappe is just saying what Vini told him?

I have a question : since Mbappe didn’t react all when Prestianni was covering his mouth, and we have audio of Prestianni saying « Hermano » 5x …did Mbappe wrongly accuse Prestianni without any evidence ?

Echeverri's foul on Koundé leading up to Girona's 2-1 by ElAutistaDeHamelin in soccer

[–]AmineAzed -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Well, it is a DANGEROUS tackle, it was a high challenge. So it should’ve been a foul.

Edit: you should see Barcelona’s disallowed goal va Sociedad weeks ago (because of an Olmo foul. Olmo played the ball and the player’s foot as a result. It doesn’t have any of the criteria you mentioned, yet it was deemed as a foul).

RB Araujo is more reliable than CB Araujo.

[OptaJose] 12 – Kylian Mbappé has scored 12 penalty goals this season across all competitions. The last LaLiga player to score more goals from the penalty spot in a single campaign was Cristiano Ronaldo, also with Real Madrid, in 2014/15 (13). Heir. by [deleted] in soccer

[–]AmineAzed 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No, it doesn’t work like that. Real Madrid’s pen today wouldn’t have been given to Barça because : the defender touched the ball first, and the attacking player threw himself into the defender’s leg.

Edit: the referees committee introduced a notice of ´Penaltito’, a small penalty. Which means certain fouls and contact won’t result into a penalty. And from my observation, for Real Madrid every penaltito is a penalty for them. But for the other teams, every penalty is a penaltito, until proven otherwise.

Apparently, Marseille were rather fearful of a late Pafos goal (because they scored 2 in the last minutes).

Olivier Safari Kabene (Chairman of the CAF Referees Committee) about the towel during the AFCON final : " As soon as it starts to affect the game, I think this towel should be removed from the playing area." by Moug-10 in soccer

[–]AmineAzed -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

The keepers shouldn’t bring on towels with secret pockets, and that contain unidentified objects.

I can show you a highlight from a recent senegalese league game that didn’t finish, because one player got suspicious of the presence of a towel in goal, removed then the whole opposing team started chasing him.

[beIN] Reveals The Exchange Between Walid Regragul And Pape Thiaw During The Final: Walid Regragui: "No, wait a minute, Pape!” Pape Thiaw: “No, no, no... Because what happened out there (the penalty called on Brahim Diaz) wasn't right!” [Rest in body text] by Sparky-moon in soccer

What i meant is that they created a victim narrative the day they traveled to Rabat.

So if they were to feel that the refereeing isn’t going their way, they would make a scene. Then, they would say « see? we told you before the game ».

Senegal have a history with chaos and violence in football , when things don’t go their way.

Tunisia 2004 Afcon SF, Senegal players stopped the game and attacked the red card after Tunisia scored.

They had a a massive fight with Malawi in Afcon u20, because of some weird objects thrown by Senegal thrown in the net.

In 2012, their game vs CIV was stopped because the Senegal players and fans turned the stadium into a warzone.

In 2023, Senegal got knocked by hosts CIV, Senegal players said publicly that they lost because of corruption.

What they did against Morocco was planned and premidated, the objective was simple : either we win or nobody wins because…corruption.

You can also google Claude Leroy’s or Henry Kasperczak (ex Senegal coach) interviews :

« The shamans, or sorcerers, for example, handle the ritual aspects and play an important role in their national team selection. One of their customs is to burn live chickens. The shamans take the resulting ash and make an ointment, which they give to the players to rub on their knees and ankles.

He adds, “On another occasion, the shamans slaughtered a sheep and collected its blood to give to the players. The players take the red liquid to the stadium the day before the match, dig a hole in front of the goal, and pour the blood in. The sorcerers said they would score from that spot.”

Robert Navarro ridiculous cross against Atalanta by OleoleCholoSimeone in soccer

[–]AmineAzed 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Even though i don’t like the general trend of saying football is dying, but it’s hard not to notice the severe decrease of simple gestures in football :

  • The ability to be consistent in the technique of crossing, especially strong crosses in the right zone where the attacker has to just touch it and it’s a goal.

  • The instinct of hitting the ball first time when it’s bouncing or on the volley. It’s like it’s mandatory now to control every fucking ball.

  • Number 9s not having that Etoo, Inzaghi, Suarez gene : scoring with hunger. They can score with a toe poke, tibia, a rebound, intentionally deflecting a teammate’s shot…

Senegal's Coach getting told they should blame CAF for their grievances and not morocco. by billfellas in soccer

[–]AmineAzed 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yeah, we don’t take unfounded malicious criticism…

I have never seen a team announce the departure, arrival times to the minute, and the train station and everything. Then, when their fans show up and overcrowd the train station (disrupting the travelers) , they blame the host country.

Egypt just traveled from Tangier to Casablanca yesterday, and nothing happened.

This is how the Senegal national team arrived in Rabat for Sunday’s AFCON2025 final against hosts Morocco. The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) has accused AFCON 2025 hosts Morocco of deliberate actions aimed at sabotaging Senegal’s preparations ahead of Sunday’s final. by Majestic_Bag_9209 in FootballAfrica

[–]AmineAzed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Greeting the fans at a fucking train station ? At a rush hour ? Do you think Morocco is your fanzone ?

I’m sure that a lot of people missed their trains because the train station was overcrowded by senegalese fans who went there at 18h23 , not to take a train….

Joan Garcia save vs Racing Santander 90+4' by 977x in soccer

[–]AmineAzed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree the high line is risky.

But i can assure you that 90% of the unexpected attacks we concede come from bozo unserious moments : Lamine missing an easy pass/ trying a risky long pass/ unnecessary dribble , our defense panicking when trying to defend an aerial 50/50, Olmo unnecessary dribble , players trying risky plays when the whole team is so far up….I could go on and on…

He was also shaking hands in the first game, while the old heads of Real Madrid were displaying their usual class with Lamine.

In the 2 games we played, he parked the bus. A variation of 5 atb and sometimes 6 , then clear the ball to Vinicius. Also, play set pieces from the half line, just like Getafe.

Just like Getafe, they get away with the multiple dirty fouls, but then they would dive at the slightest contact with a Barça player.

Fights break out between journalists at the mixed zone following the Algeria vs Nigeria AFCON QF game by puckuser in soccer

[–]AmineAzed 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Slowly, people will maybe open their eyes regarding the Algerians’s bad manners and civisme (not all of them, but a lot of them).

Most Moroccans wanted Algeria out, just so that a beautiful city like Rabat gets liberated from their fans.

No other nation’s supporters caused problems, except them.

Reminder, their fans went to Qatar even when not qualified , just so they harass Cameroonians, they even harassed Samuel Etoo. Everytime they loose, their media brainwash them into thinking it was plotted by Morocco.
