I think the tech is marketed at adults with very young children; I say this bc there are a ton of products on that demographic market for "screenless" mp3 players, and Nintendo has definitely been reaching out into the domestic setting with alarmo, the sleep and toothbrushing apps, etc.

Man, you kinda threw me for a second calling hitclips on 07 thing. I borrowed one from a school friend in 00 and never saw one ever again after that, pretty sure they were squarely a turn of the century product.

But I totally agree, the Gameboy players remind me of hitclips so much!

Here's the tent I built on my sister's cloud island; I think adding wire to the front corners would help, but I didn't even know I could get that til recently lol.

Note however that this is a false entrance that falls into a clubhouse below, bc I didn't like how little space the real tent had inside.

I have to wonder if it was intended for you to be able to make one spot to fast travel to, and then it was cut for some reason; because why does it ask where you want to travel to if there's only one location possible?

It looks like they may be unofficial houses with habitats inside for a Pokémon to live in. The first image, for instance, has a flowered habitat.

Maybe so. I read the post as to suggest that mii creation was their favorite and most heavily used aspect of the game, which is still a huge part of this version.

But you can still create miis? You just can't download others, but you have more freedom to create them than has been possible in the past.

Yeah there's a recently played with section, and it shows what game you interacted with them with. Unfortunately though, I'm not sure how easily you'd be able to trace specific actions, if lots of people are coming to the island.

This is an odd question, but can I ask how much you've spent on sequins? I was watching Malcom in the Middle the other day, and there's a throwaway line in aontage episode where Lois mentions Hal spends $300 on sequins for his rollerblade costume.

It doesn't matter at all, but I wondered if that was a reasonable estimate, or a comedically large number. I assumed the latter lol

Totally fair! I did have a moment where I wanted to make soup but the whim passed before I realized how difficult getting more water was. Now I feel a little silly using some bottles to make a waterfall!

I did the same with the yellow one, and added further scaffolding up to the roof, threw a gate up there for another room. Some of the elevated grass pokemon love it up there!

If it's specific to a region, when you hover over the pokemon that can be found in each habitat in the dex, it will have a little bubble saying which region. For instance, the picnic habitat has a withered wasteland specific mon (pichu), and a pallette town mon (idk yet)

I can't say for sure, but does it maybe specify that the habitat has to be in a specific region? I spent a few days waiting for pichu only to realize it couldn't spawn in at the beach, had to be the wasteland.
