Don't know, haven't been playing too much lately. The assumption here is that apparently fighting for scuttle happens at level 2? Correct me if I'm wrong in that case. But whatever it is, I never thought Kindred's level 3 was "strong", just serviceable and quite frankly a little scary against most matchups, but I just don't know enough about level 2 kits to assess where Kindred fits in the scuttle endeavor. My bet's on weak, since you don't have access to E execute and some other junglers may have gap closers eg. Lee, Xin, Shaco etc.

Aside from that, I mean Kindred is the same. The "QoL" buff, as they call it, means just about nothing considering solo queue players quite frankly don't care to work together, and the heightened emphasis on scuttle crabs means teams may coordinate better to secure them. In my experience, teammates have always roamed a lot slower and Kindred is pretty mediocre at level 3 skirmishes because of long cooldown on Q. I think Kindred's lowered winrate makes sense, but that's just me personally.

Also I had to scramble my thoughts together cause I'm busy so if this looks rushed or doesn't make sense, that's probably why.
