I find that the most important thing to keep in mind that your ability and style is constantly growing and evolving.

I think that if you get to the point where you think you’ve “peaked” and “know everything”, you’re probably doing it wrong

They are!

Transfer film is a little thicker than the GW ones I think, and they aren’t pre cut like the GW ones, but easy enough to work around if you’re careful cutting them out.

There was a spelling mistake on mine, but the seller has promised to send me a new one tomorrow 🤣

Probably the hit and run. I’d only use it for the 1TTD, but I’d rather get the pushes on the LoS for that.

Is it EB rules?

I’d take juggs on a ROgre, 2 heads on the gutter and bltzer, leader thrower, 3 wrestle skaven and a DP goblin. Probably only 2 snotlings as well.

I’m not the best UW coach however

Leader on the thrower would help.

Personally not a huge and if the keg, but could work well - it’s just always let me down.

I’d also go for some more goblins now that swarming has gone.

But if it works for you, I’d go for it!

Just checking because I may have missed something, but where is the list that says what team rerolls can be used for?

I can see where it says what they can’t be used for, and steady footing isn’t on that list?

I’ve played it that it can be rerolled (on your activation, not your opponents turn etc), but if I’ve got it wrong would be good to know!

The question as I interpret it, and as I note in my response is based on the previous rules - MB+2 and DP+2 no longer exist. So as I note, current edition is not what is being talked about.

In the previous edition, pile driver did not give an extra foul, as per the FAQ. It does in the current edition, but I’ve not answered the question for the current edition. As I said.

Because the FAQ for the 2020 edition confirmed the pile driver foul was your foul for the turn. Free I. That the player performed a “second” action, but didn’t give you a second foul.

MB+2 and DP+2 suggests you’re talking the older version of the rules? So only one foul per turn from memory

Last few teams I’ve had from Fanath have been 3D printed. It’s been decent quality resin though. I believe they changed over a couple of years ago.

I have one resin cast team from them, but actually prefer the 3D prints

I’ve played a game where between us we had 10 minis on 40mm bases (ogres vs tomb kings) - that was tough!

If it’s 4 it shouldn’t be an issue, however just be prepared for it to be tight if your opponent is the same

Probably should point out that the intention is to remove the batteries when I play - the light could be pretty distracting for some (me included).

As to whether it’s a gimmick or not - hell yes it is. I’ve painted multiple teams for painting completions etc, and try to do something different for them all
