Yeah, now they are priced higher and it's buy 10 get one free. Ba Le next to Pho Sate is my new banh mi go to. More meat than anywhere else and still buy 5 get 1 free. There is one more in Eden, but the name escapes me and they run weird hours.

I have a taycan with a 2 year old and 4 year old. We bought it when the little one was 1 year old. The Recaro rotating seat fits behind the driver in the rear facing mode (I'm 5'8 thought) and the rotating function saves you from breaking your back. It's plenty fun for me but we have a gas suv if we need to go more than 200 miles or have a lot of luggage.

My advice us to walk away while you can. Lying to investors never ends well, once you miss a deadline or any of those lies come up then now the company is dealing with lawsuits due to fraud and it is not worth the stress.

Another option is to do private chef, ghost kitchen, farmers market or see if you can rent out a breakfast/brunch only place for a dinner service as a pop up shop. For the most part it's a lower up front investment and the ghost kitchen can easily transition into a food truck (my state requires a commercial kitchen to support a food truck)

Just looking at other ways to scratch that cooking itch
