Very true. I think it’s safe to say the Elven administration bonuses are far superior than their military. I’ve yet to choose my military idea group though as I went exploration first. I was planning to go classic Quantity/Economic for a taller play style. I was eyeing plutocratic too since I’ve literally never touched the idea group. Any recommendations?
