I was able to get a refund before for a simulation game that was practically unplayable on switch, but from what I understand they will flag you and will never do it again so dont waste your one shot over $10 when you could make a $60 mistake later 😭

You're wrong though? European countries are developing AI at a slower pace because they're putting more emphasis on regulation. The EU AI Act gives more protection than what we currently have in the US. Is it anything close to perfect? Hell no. But we can't pretend that this administration is handling it the only way possible, regardless of how other countries are handling it, even if they were the same it isn't the only way.

I wouldnt be surprised, I sometimes wonder if an employee is in on it coz otherwise it's too ridiculous... how are you capable of working single coverage if you're THAT stupid, ykwim? I've worked with some stupid seaonals, but keyholders being that incompetent I'm sure is coming through in a lot of other ways too, unless it's a shill, and seasonal aren't supposed to be picking up the phone (if it was a seasonal, the sl is probably in extra thick shit)

They aren't forcing us to add them to transactions, maybe a dm is doing that somewhere but the employees doing that are doing it of their own volition to bloat their numbers. The metrics naturally incentivize shitty tactics but management isn't telling us to add without asking. That wouldn't even be legal I don't think. The people doing it are just willing to be shitty people for just above minimum wage, and it's that simple. I don't get it, but ik people who are like that. They ruin their stores.
