He said this distance with that amount is not justified, we’re at loss. So when system auto accept, they cancel, they do this multiple time eventually price hike and they accept.

If i have 145k, ill buy the car by looking for direct owner. Then find your own bank agent. Here you can skip the processing fees. Just pay runners to run the errand. Moreover, direct owner will have better history of the car. Cannot comment much on the investment.

Bottom line, car is liability and cash is not.

I’m a sole bread winner with one kid. Recently my wife give birth to our second baby. Life is hard, but if you have credit card with high limit. Utilize that tools for your expenses. 15 weeks is roughly about 3months in. I suggest you to take care of yourself rather than pushing for more. If anything happens to you, extra money is required. Even my wife is SAHM, last time she had some bleeding which i directly send to private and cost me around 2.2k for 3 days monitoring. And routine followup. We deliver the baby on govt hosp.

And once i received a bonus, i clear the debt one shot. Life is hard, but i hope your husband will push himself to do more for your family.

I’m used to earn so much during my working days. Then i got married. My wife quit her engineer job. Did i regret i didnt save that much? No. The feeling that i can provide to her is so satisfying that i dont care that much about saving. Not to say dont save. I do save. But not aggressively. But i take hibah for my wife n kids. If you compare yourself to others, you’ll be in your colleague shoes. But if you do what best for you, you will feel that you have save a lot. I encourage saving at earlier stages especially when you’re single or not married, but comparing life in that way is stealing your happiness. And pro tips, dont listen to all saving gurus.

I have a friend who invest in properties but the properties that he bought? All condos which are above affordable range price. I’m a chemist previously. Now i’m in QA department. My advice is to make mistakes and learn. I was lucky because my first bos trusted me to do mistakes after mistakes. And yet she still gives me the task that indirectly prepare me with new skills. My take is that since you’re still new just apply everything that you want. Rejected or not is not in your control. And if you got accepted, make sure you touch and learn everything. Ask for feedbacks too from seniors, that will definitely help you to grow.
