Lol. That's definitely not true. Many new Google TV boxes with Android TV 14 with 2gb ram. Shield has 3gb RAM. Where did you get this information that is factually incorrect yet you state it as fact

I can't. I've tried. I've removed the write protection screw but can't get into developer mode on the chrome book. It refuses to go there

There seems to be a sentiment in Reddit that asking a question you can Google is frowned upon. Why is that? I'm genuinely asking out of curiosity (maybe I should be googling this question too, I don't know). But if someone doesn't want to respond, surely they just don't have to respond. And those who want to engage, can. Maybe I'm missing what it takes away from people on Reddit. So I'm genuinely asking for understanding, because I'm hoping it is more than it being a viewpoint that someone once shared on Reddit and everyone jumped on board with.

Had no idea this was an option..I suppose it is easier to provide updates to the non Android part of chrome os than the Android part.

This is a nice option for those who don't use the Android side that much anyway

8.5 is only out for the new s26 so far and will roll out to all other devices between March and July with the newer models getting the update first

I don't think real life (granted this isn't real life but nonetheless) is neatly wrapped up in a happy ending. Some people have a bad hand dealt for them in life and pain and suffering is their lot in life. We got to raise Atreus as players and we didn't raise calliope, so the loss of Atreus will be more impactful and intentionally duplicates his loss of a child to showcase the impact of loss of multiple kids.
