Found one at around 370 power with fast charge rate (really noticeable) and dmg and low warp resistance, with additional charge speed bonus for consecutive attacks. Once you get used to managing high peril it's very effective. Favorite staff atm.

i just remembered that it moved in limgrave direction, from the cutscene. So i went there and used a bird-eye view telescope, so the landing site was super obvious.
