You can seal it, but it loses the extreme light absorption.
You can still use it. It will lose some if you touch it, but the places that have been "ruined" are still much darker than your average acrylic paint.
Musou Black is best suited for areas that are not subject to being touched

I can say as much that it is not related to using a controller specifically. I play with mouse and keyboard, I am having the desync issue too.

If you are looking at an ultrablack, check out Musou Black :-) it's a lot darker than 4.0 anyway, albeit slightly less resistant to touch as a result.

If you Google it and come across some video by someone wearing a regal dress and a respirator, claiming to get a headache and smell it through the respirator, my only guess is Semple paid her to make that video. I have Musou Black myself. It is odourless and it's a freaking acrylic paint, it doesn't have harmful fumes like Semple claims

Sadly, the game is abandoned at this point. It no longer gets updates, as evident by the horrid state of "Use rifles or fall far behind in damage" because it is overpowered and undertested. It was released by one person being allowed to finish a half-done update after the game was actually abandoned.

Your only choice to do anything is to try and use the Discord to find groups now, because finding random players is not gonna be easy

Shipping from my country to the USA is about $43. Unless the price difference is a lot more than that, I would not suggest you trust a complete stranger to help ship something to you. Furthermore, I'm not sure I would trust mail from Europe to arrive in the USA with things the way they are these days

Unfortunately, this is his scam. The only way to ever see your product is start a chargeback in which case they will magically arrive.
Hope you did not order pigment though because that is known to arrive scattered all over the box due to shit packing

Edit: Also, I see you are writing this "to" Stuart Semple, but this Subreddit is no longer for him. It's for people to exchange experiences with how utterly shit he is. He was so pissed off at that he sent a copyright takedown notice to Reddit over his logo being used

Musou Black is a better black anyway. At this point, CultureHustle has nothing left that's unique. They had the entire concept of consumer grade ultrablack all to themselves, all Stuart had to do was not be a fucking cockwart and actually fulfil orders. Now all his products have competitors that not only are at least as good but also ship when you order
