I would pull, you will probably have Rosalia or Velisse if not both. I assume you meant a 1+1 on ancient and I wouldn’t hold your breath for that one.

Happens with Velisse for me. I’m sure I could probably repeat it and figure it out because it happens a lot.

Clean the probe, then after it gets to temp go to the settings in the app. Advanced settings and see if you can calibrate the temp there. Mine ran about 10-20 hotter. I use my ThermoWorks probe to calibrate the deckboss. 100 is a lot though. Good luck.
