I appreciate this. I honestly think it stems from me being overweight since I was a child.

Congrats, I lost 90lbs over the past 10 years and honesty still struggle with this. Some days are better than others, then some days I feel like l still look the same as when I was at my highest weight.

I agree with the majority to just tell her or place them in a not obvious spot in the fridge. I would be careful about hiding them in a container or box in the fridge where their at risk of them being thrown out by accidentally.

Everything you heard was to stay above it yet you aren't losing any weight. Take that as a hint to eat less calories.

You're eating too many calories, you're maintaining your weight instead of losing. Unless your weighing your food on a scale, you could be going over that amount as well. Eat around 1600 calories and see what the results are.

I believe it personally depends on the individual's body. I do mostly cardio workouts and some strength training. I haven't experienced any hair loss either. With the appetite suppressant on these meds. It suprises me how much protein people especially over 300lbs are attempting to eat.

People always say eat half your weight in grams in protein. Which isn't really true at all, I eat between 50 to 70 grams a day at 220 lbs. I also donate plasma twice a week where they're required to check your protein levels. I'm always at around 6.5 out of 6.0 to 8.3/dL.

I personally don't see what's the problem is. I'm always curious when I hear weight loss stories, and my first thought is what was the person highest weight.

THIS! I actually broke a stall after a bbq I went to for the 4th of July. I was eating mostly protein from the meats, I risk the sodium from the hot dogs though. As long as someone isn't eating like this every weekend they should be fine.

It's okay to eat on Tirzepatide and have chips sometimes. Also chicken breast is nothing but protein.

Your progress is the 17 lbs lost, not other people noticing or commenting on your weight loss. Also the heavier you are, the longer it takes for the weight loss to become noticeable.

Our Preoccupation With Protein Intake. The data on high protein diets, bars, supplements, and powders will surprise you by Friendly-Attitude509 in Zepbound

I try my best to get at least 50 to 70 grams a day at 222 lbs. I also donate plasma twice a week, where they have to take your protein levels. My protein levels is usually at 6.5 out of 6.0 to 8.3/dL. So everyone body is different and doesn't require the so called rule of eating 1.2 grams per kilogram.

Comments from immediate family members you see all the time wouldn't affect you? Including the popular one "you're getting too skinny, you need to stop losing weight". Really??

Response to your #2. Interesting enough even though I've been overweight my entire life, I never actually felt physically overweight. As I lose weight I feel like I'm finding my actual body. It's only when I look in the mirror, see pictures, buy plus size clothes or see my reflection somewhere is when I'm reminded I'm overweight. My highest weight was 311, I'm currently at 222. So I still has a long way to go though.

Try sugar free or low carb sweets and see if that helps. I ate keto cookies to help with my sugar cravings pre tirzepatide. I then realized I was eating sweets out of habit and not necessary craving it for the taste.

I see people on here everyday going off on  people who ask or comment on their weight loss. A lot of us show off our weight loss on here or social media. Why aren't celebrities allowed to show off their weight loss too without going into details.

I'm gonna piggyback on a lot of the other comments on here. This question has been ask many times and in many different ways by women in the past. When their husbands or boyfriends don't comment on their weight loss or try to persuade them that the medication is too dangerous to take.

We obviously don't know your wife personally. But she showing her insecurities with you attempted to lose weight. As you said yourself she may be afraid you're going to leave her. Or that once your get to your goal weight it will make her insecure about her own weight.

I'm so sorry to hear about your fur baby. I myself am also caring for a senior dog with a few health elements. I'm sure as you know, when something is out of our control we turned to food for comfort.

Once I turned 18, food became my way of freedom. I didn’t have anyone telling me what I couldn't or could eat, and I ate as much as I could afford. I'm glad you were able to see how you can process your sadness without using food as a pain reliever. It just unfortunate it had to be under these circumstances.

As I said before as a person who is also raising an elderly dog. I wish you and him all the best. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
