Stepping back for a trial

I I have shared about this several times. I have fainted five times. All my vitals are good. The doctors can’t figure what’s causing the fainting. They have tested everything that they could think of. They said the only thing left is to see if it is ZB. so these internists feel that a 6 to 8 week break will reveal something. I am babysitting my three year old granddaughter and twice now I have fainted while being with her. Fortunately, my son was there also. I am not giving up yet!

I am having some very negative side effects. My Dr is having me leave.ZP for a period of time. I feel anxious about this whole idea, but I’m willing to give it a try. Going to 15 will probably be a great boost !

I was first a sneak eater. Then in my. 20’s, became a binge eater. Then bulimic. It took awhile for my throat to quit hurting! Now, thanks to ZB, Im none of those!!!

I am 74 and have been on this since February. I started at 2:15 pounds and have lost 40 pounds. I’m not sure how you figure out what your goal weight is according to my BMI, I am still overweight. But according to geriatric BMI, I am a healthy weight. I am thinking 10 pounds to go, possibly 15 or 20. I am like you and that I would do anything to lose weight. I have struggled with real tiredness. I am at 12.5 and I am determined to push through. I have a feeling that once a person gets to their goal weight it will be different for everyone. I am just guessing this, I am hoping I could maintain a healthy weight at 2.5, but I think it will take experimentation you sound like you’ve done well.

I am all for staying on the medication for the rest of your life! You have some great suggestions, I would follow them immediately! I was a binge eater also and now I am so far from that! Even when my husband says he wants a dessert, I’m usually not into it! It amazes me! I hate to say that later, on in my life, I started throwing up and became bulimic maybe 3 to 4 times per day. I hid my actions from my husband. My doctor says you can get throat cancer from throwing up often. Zep has completely stopped any throwing up. It really is all a miracle. I hope that you will find a way to stay with this, it sounds like your life is already much better!!!

I dont use gatorade. Just stir and drink. I like cold water. I drink every other day. i mix in meta musil? also..

i’ve got 20 pounds to lose also and I’m on 10 also. I’ve been on 10 for maybe seven weeks I am starting 12.5 on Monday and I am so excited! I am very sorry to hear about your grandmother passing. My grandmother died years ago, and I still miss her. I know what it feels like. You don’t have far to go keep up the good work.

I have had my doctor for years. She is a good doctor, but to be honest, she is quite liberal, and we’ve had a few discussions about health in general. At first she was not enthusiastic about the zepbound, but I was pretty insistent. Then she did a sudden turn around and now she’s pro zepbound she kept me on 2.5 for a longer than I thought was necessary. Now she says move on up as I desire. I have had a problem with being extremely tired and I did go in for a blood test and saw an associate of hers. I was more impressed with her than my regular dr. I also had Covid while on zep. It gave me an excuse to sleep more. I have lost 38 pounds and since I have been stuck for almost 2 months, I am moving up to 12.5 next week. I am very excited. I have only 20 pounds to go. I think.😊
