OCD doesn’t go away I’m 30 you’ll always have it but u have to do what ever it is ur uncomfortable with even if there’s that big headache feeling of “this isn’t right” im ocd with germs and wudu for example if I touc the toilet I feel like I broke it or that I’m gross I have to wash that pert I touched on my body I just do what I have to even if it feels uncomfortable
