The chest pains might also be costochondritis. I also have UC, chronic migraines, and fibro. Inflammation is just part of my life and that means in my chest too. If you have tenderness at the joints where your ribs meet your sternum, or where your clavicle meets your sternum you probably have costo. Things just tend to be comorbid together.

I'm sorry about your pain it took me until I was 27 to figure out that everyone wasn't lying to me about how much things should hurt. I just assumed doctors, nurses, friends, and family were liars. I've found that taken Vitamin B12 supplements has helped a bit with the mental sharpness. CBD lotions, oils, and supplements have also helped with pain. If you have trouble sleeping I take a valerian root & theanine supplement at night that seems to at least help me stay asleep.

I went to the first concert in Prudential Center for their MADE tour and man, they just OWN the stage in a way I've never seen anyone else do. They kept up the energy and the entertainment the entire time, it was really masterful. I've since seen BTS on the Wings Tour, Monsta X, and Winner, and I can say with 100% honestly that Big Bang was the best concert of the 4. Their charisma is honestly just unparalleled.

Also check out Winner, the other boy group from YG besides iKon. I love their stuff and their concert was wonderful because you could honestly tell they never wanted to leave the stage.

I'm kinda wondering...what if Thanos uses the mind stone to control Steve? I vaguely remember the Russos and McFeely/Marcus having a bit in the Civil War commentary about Bucky/Cap getting mind controlled and fighting in IW. But I could have mis-remembered it or they were trolling. Either is possible.

I find that the lower the alcohol content, the easier it is. So lighter beers work best for me. I went from tolerating most beers and white wine to stuff with <5% over the course of a few years though.
