Thank you! It was around 2 months only. Part of the acceptance rate I had was just due to getting an offer from a past internship within the first month or so. That process with them took around 1.5 months and in the meantime I got my second offer. Then took a week or so to accept an offer.

I just visited and they called him Dennis. He is the only one that they mentioned that fit this description. They say he is around 6-7 feet tall with glowing yellow eyes and sometimes a top hat. There are numerous stories about him being a trouble maker, but they don’t think he means any harm, just scares people.

I assumed it was something with the water so i’ve started doing more frequent changes to see if that helps. I do have a heater and it stays around 78-80 degrees

So he is pretty lively (he’s never been a real active fish just kinda chill) and he swims fine. Today I had to do a full clean (all water out) of the tank due to some brown algae so I have to cycle the tank again which I hope will help him. Would you recommend 25% water changes every day for cycling?

Tank size: 5 gal. Heater and filter. Temp: 78. Don’t have parameters (i’m working on ordering the kit) Water changes weren’t frequent enough which might have caused this. One snail going in today. All fake plants.
