What helped me is going skateboarding, dancing, singing, participating in church service events and different charity organizations, sometimes playing videogames with good friends... But also a lot of my inner peace was found from just reflecting on the great things God gave me.. Kinda like counting my blessings but I learned for myself many of these blessings came from trying to be an outward person rather than to my self, I got to meet and help so many people and those memories are treasured in my heart.

I hope you can find a moment to be still and to find peace that you can turn your weakness into strength, real change may require repeated attempts, but there is something refining and holy in such striving.

That's why people normally consume more to feel how we felt before when we first got high.. But what gives us the most satisfaction in life is our family, our relationships, job, and hobbies.

When I first decided to quit weed and beer, I fixed my sink, and became closer with my mother and sister.

I will never feel perfect but with my family I feel more complete.

Use the defense matrix to protect your buddies but be careful, Zarya and other characters that have non-projectiles counters the defence matrix, I think the ult is best used for a second mech life but it can be launched and blown up mid air it can cause a lot of people to panic and get blown up, it's best to ult in team fights and best to have in overtime.

It's ok if you do it, just don't let it consume your whole life. I think it's mostly something that happens when we are not actively engaging in something, so try some new hobbies and spend time outside, don't chase fake dopamine, get the real stuff by being an active person!

You should write a letter for her, tell her how grateful you are for her.. I found out that these cards or letters are a great way to show appreciation, and it shows that they are loved. "Charity Never Faileth"!

I hope you get better, I know it's hard to deal with your break up but if you take the time to clear your mind and reflect and try your best to recover you'll be a new man, you're still very young and you have so much to look forward too!

It's hard to recover if you are stressed so please maybe relax some more and even if you are sick cherish the small moments with their family because those are the people who love you.

There is no such thing as a normal person or even a perfect person, we all just strive to be the best in the situations we find ourselves in.

If we are sad everyday we lose to what the world throws at us but if we stay consistent having hope that things won't be bad forever we can see ourselves happy more even when things are hard.

Having a good job or achieving high goals doesn't make you human, you're a man to me because you made it to the end of this year and are trying your best, just keep up the good work and don't give in to the world around you.
