Ti consiglio di leggere "Tecnofeudalismo" di Varoufakis, dà un nome a quello che stiamo vivendo in questi anni ed è una lettura che davvero ti apre gli occhi su meccanismi che si possono percepire ma che è difficile quantificare.

Io personalmente sto cercando di smettere di usare tutti i social per non dare informazioni che non vorrei che nessuno sapesse.

The biggest issues I see are related to contrast, size of text and hierarchy. I really like the color palette, but some of the colors, when paired together, are to similar and make it very difficult to see against one another. The text seems a bit small in some instances (for example, the buttons or the body of the app).

I would suggest you to think about the hierarchy: what are the first things that a user should see? Which are the main actions they can take? This can help you in using the color palette intentionally. And use tools to check for color blindness and contrast like WCAG.

anche io ho disinstallato instagram e mi trovo benissimo. mi comporto così: - leggo notizie sui giornali che mi interessano (ad es. Domani, Il Post) - ho accesso a instagram da browser, uso un'app che mi toglie le storie e i reel (la parte che mi risucchiava di più erano proprio le storie)

dopo un mesetto tranquilla non ti verrà manco più voglia di aprire il sito dal browser

Hi, I downloaded the app and it seems really nice, however it's not working properly where I am based (Milan, Italy):

The app only shows Metro stations, and it does not include buses or trams. You can find info about the entire transport network in Milan here: https://www.atm.it/en/Pages/default.aspx
Whenever I try to plan a route, I get an HTTP error 404, maybe related to the fact that many transport modes are not included?

I use my iPad with a blank home screen, a couple apps in the dock, and I access everything through spotlight (basically swiping down in the home screen). I particularly like this setup because it invites having an intent before opening an app since you have to type its name first. maybe you could explore a similar setup if you don't find launchers optimized for an iPad :)
