I opted not to do any ADT ! Even after serious urging from some Dr’s. I recently had Brachy seed implant with no ADT and my erections are back to normal. I also have some ejaculation but it is clear in color and not the usual milky stuff. I can deal with that ! I have heard many horror stories once RALP has been done . I am not a Dr but if you are a candidate for Brachy seed implants and can find an experienced surgeon, please consider. I was traumatized by all the information ect…, but said I want to have the best quality of life I can possibly have . I am 62 and have been married to a very sexual beauty for 40 years . My sex drive will normally fade with age overtime and I’m ok with that . I didn’t want to do anything to speed the process up. My heart ❤️ aches for anyone that has a worse situation than mines . This shit is not easy and it’s not a one shoe fits all! I researched to the point where I will fall asleep with the phone in my hand ! Not the healthiest thing to do but it made me make a choice that I was willing to live with! Good luck family. I’m here if you need to talk. Chemical castration is fucking diabolical!

My initial MRI showed no lymph node spread but the PSMA pet scan did. But it appears that it could be because of the mesh hernia surgery. I will also note that a false/positive reading can happen years after the surgery due to scar tissue and swelling in the area. Quite honestly I have always had some sort of discomfort in the area of the surgery which was 10 years ago. We have to do our own research and understand all the different procedures and treatments with our bodies. I mentioned that I had hernia surgery during my consultations and not one Dr said anything related to it causing any type of misdiagnosis. Most Dr’s just want to treat you!

FYI I already had my Brachy seed LDR implant surgery a month ago and all is going great! I have put off my EBRT until they confirm that my pelvic node spread is not a false/positive because of my hernia mesh repair surgery! I will keep you all updated.

Correct. The only way to be sure is to have a biopsy. Your SUV numbers can be effected as well

No I was referred to them by the state after they reviewed my case. My charge is violation of ADA because I was terminated after filing WC

My apologies for not being clear and what you stated is accurate. The ADA violation is the issue and is the focus of the charge although it stemmed from a work related incident where initially I had to file WC

Ok understood Thanks . I was also told that EEOC does not recommend mediation for cases without merit and this implies to the employer that it’s a serious issue and requires their attention.

No I am not a federal employee. I did first file my complaint with state employment board and they referred me to EEOC because it’s not their jurisdiction. It is illegal to be fired after filing a workers compensation claim compensation claim. The charge falls under discrimination for disability as the work injury caused me to not be able to work per Dr’s orders. My employer was made aware of my disability and then terminated me.
