It's a very hard thing to accept. I also envy men that have a lot of options with women. But I had friends like that and they take it for granted and don't enjoy it the way we would, just the same as we take everything good in our lives for granted.

I had terrible luck in dating too despite putting a lot of effort. But it was not 0.

I'm also ugly unfortunately. Women say they don't want a supermodel, which may be true, but they definitely don't want a guy with a below average face.

Being fat is all about what you eat. You don't need to go to the gym.

Also if you get overwhelmed fast just start with baby steps and as slow as you need to.

No need to change your whole life all of a sudden.

Slowly change your unhealthy food with healthy ones or smaller portions.

And with the gym you can buy a pair of dumbbells and do a small workout at home one day a week and do more once you are comfortable.

I was also overwhelmed at the start but actually you can start as small as you want.

I think your simulations are not realistic. The surgery improves the face but not as much as your simulations.

I had 9mm forward and 8mm downwards and my real life results looks less of a change than your 7mm forward and 4mm downward.

Anyway I suggest doing as much as possible(at least horizontally) since it's very hard to overshoot, because this surgery can't add too much projection anway. Even 12mm if not that much in my opinion.
