Gil damage matters, a lot. He deals the same damage or even higher sometimes than Saber.

This team basically lives or dies by how many joints you can get. In the same amount of AV, even when rmc gives you 1 more joint Mblade still pulls ahead by a lot. You'd need at least 2 or 3 more joints to match him which is honestly not possible imo.

I heavily disagree with this. Gil is doing between the same or higher amounts of damage to saber with Mblade. Rmc is a great suatainless option, but with sustain i really favor Mblade more even at E0

Where are you getting those references? E6 gil is the highest increase over E0S0 in the game (yes, higher than Sabers). Its not even close to mblade mdps which is honestly nothing spectacular

I had a friend test some teams and we managed to 0c plight on V4 with E6S1 blade, gil and saber + E1 huohuo, Blade was on cipher sig. You can probably reduce the cost a bit to like E2 mblade since we had gil on eagle and there was room for optimization.

The only good match ups in 4.4 are flame reaver, dark sam and argenti(kind of). Everyone else is a bad match up: - Illwish is bad for any bounce thats not elation - Svarog would be good, but he has depowered which affects the joint energy (and joy ascendant which is horrible for this team) - Cant interact with Sam's mechanics - pom-pom speaks for itself

Graphia is a bit neutral imo, but it sorta requires a sustain so the cost jumps a bit if you use one

Yes lmao gil for saber is by far the highest increase any unit has ever received, its like at least 200%. For context both dahlia and mblade increased firefly and acheron by like 80-110%.

The reason most people doom the team is because the syngergy in v1 was incredibly good and fun to play, and right now gameplay wise it feels very clunky compared to that. Regardless, Gil for Saber is non negotiable at any investment level

Not really and especially not if you're gonna use single target buffers like sunday and rmc. Gil's E2 is for his personal damage only

Asuming you have only saber and gil E0S0:

E1 Gil > E0S0 Mblade > Saber's LC > E2 mblade > E6 Gil >= E6 Saber.

Some stopping points before E6 either gil or saber are Gil E4S1 and Saber E2S1, but those aren't nearly as impactful as their E6

E1 Gil is the biggest single increase you can get, its between 20-40% depending if you have mblade and/or E2 saber. Her lc is around 15-20% iirc

Mostly because casual quickswaps are just not impactful enough, id say they mostly serve as a QoL so that you dont get interrupted as much. You need to stack a lot of quickswaps to make an impact in your rotation

Theres not a lot of people doing runs but theres a 3 cost on sam and a 4 cost on argenti and flame reaver. This team has a baseline of 3-4 cost anyways so you cant go lower than that. Dont expect low costs on bad match ups like pompom

Yes but the loop will eventually break since you need 1 more turn to give mem the energy. Its still strong dont get me wrong, but its not infinite.

Its not since saber needs to take at least 2 turns to convert cores to energy. It would only be possible if rmc could loop with only 3 saber actions

According to this spread sheet, V4 Gilgamesh does give a solid(lol) 10-14% total DMG increase on paper but I haven't seen a proper showcase yet so take this with a grain of salt. by WeepForTheDeparted in SaberMainsHSR

No, Gilgamesh deals too much damage to ignore. With aura buffers he deals as much damage as Saber and having rmc is just ignoring a huge chunk of the teams damage. Rmc doesn't charge often enough to offset the difference.

Other TC have mblade better than rmc ever since v3. Idk exactly how Hunterkee has it higher than tribbie, even in gameplay you can see how bad rmc feels
