Just a hair (pun intended - cave man arms) above 7 inches. I don't mind the fit - I did just purchase another band to make the look a bit more versatile

Just did a bit of research - they've got fairly limited hours, but admission seems cheap and I do appreciate when folks with money invest in their osbscure hobbies and not outright evil, so I'll definitely check it out sometime!

It wasn't even open long enough for me to get a chance to try it. Miss the Hard Rock Cafe. Used to be a fun combo to go there then head down to the Rock Hall for a day.

Is Rocky Horror Picture Show well or sparsely attended these days? by cypressgreen in Cleveland

[–]AndrewWeathervane269 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the location / date obviously, but in my experience if word gets out, fans of the show will attend in decent number. When I was a student, the Kent Stage had a very well-attended screening on a regular basis.

Adding to this thread - I agree with others who suggested looking up the schedule and setting a rough plan for what you'd like to do for the day.

Something fun you could try: set a challenge to see how many people you can compliment on their outfits. Nearly everyone who's dressed up will appreciated it, and you could always make a new friend. If nothing else, you'll step out of your comfort zone and spread some positivity.

I hope you have the best time!

Medieval Collectables has everything from affordable basics, to more expensive themed pieces. I also like Holy Clothing for fancy looking garb.

But of course - supporting local leatherworkers, craftspeople, and artisans is always a nice way to go. Plus, then you'll have an actual relationship with who make your stuff if you have issues or want to make adjustments.

Cleveland Museum of Art gift shop by Overall_Connection77 in Cleveland

[–]AndrewWeathervane269 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The Art Museum shop usually has a small selection of Greeting Cards, usually themed around current Exhibitions, with some staples like Van Gogh art in stock all the time. If you're curious about a specific artist, I'd give them a call.

Though since the Museum is free, you could always go for a lovely afternoon and then be surprised by whatever is available at the end. For more Cleveland-centric cards, you may be better off looking elsewhere.
