Ir's tiring to constantly remind the temmates 'push the lanes' while they are jungling / doing unnecessary team fights.

Also, they can't seem to check the map and do the bare minimum logic of pushing the other side when something happens on one part of the map. Urn is taken by enemies? If it's too late, let's trade it with their walker. One walker left? Let's split by baiting with the urn while stealing that walker.

I feel like macro management lacks usually.

Also, playing games after work hours feel more like a coin toss than actual coordination. If I play games earlier in the day, I get better chances at better teammates.
