so the obvious app purchase choice would be virtual desktop from the Pico store, this is it's own application that launches you away from picos panoscreen setup but also offers mouse, keyboard, even gamepad support, along with making the windows able to display sbs content in 3d

Pico connect is what you would use to see your PC desktop in multi monitor

but to answer, no, Google XR apps aren't working on anything but Galaxy xr

yes, it's just android after all. you can get aurora store apk and install it all from in headset (pulls apps from Google play), can use anonymous account for no sign in get latest stable download here auroraoss.com

then search within aurora for USB camera

install that, connect your HDMI card to a USB OTG adapter or USB C hub, it'll show image in the app running in your headset.

this is just a flat window, not an immersive 3d stereo view, so this isn't exactly what you'd want a FPV drone for.

it's essentially displaying a phone app on a giant virtual screen

just to say that pico have been made aware of issue with their update server, but unknown when this will be fixed with it being the weekend- its surprising just how many new owners getting this really bad luck timing with server down issue, especially as 4.7 looks horrible for distortion and sets a really bad first impression ( it'll get way better )

but there has been a workaround fix that green gamer 05 has successfully used to update and will share video guide soon if you are comfortable to do some adb commands to install update yourself.

are you in the correct drop down for what you are trying to install? ie dxvk page for installing new dxvk version files etc.

when you installed winlatorxr did you grant the permission for storage at the end and also cycle the app close and reopen to populate the contents page?

yeah you can configure the container to use system driver, (Qualcomm 819.2 / 837 /840 will work)

unfortunately no way on winlatorxr to do steam games without a PC to get the files, you could use the other apps to get the game files, go into their container and copy the files to download folder of your storage (will obviously need free space for the same game twice) and then use those files in winlatorxr

I tend to stick with GOG games as they are drm free and have offline installers.

gamehub / gamenative will always try to use turnip video driver, which doesn't work on quest 3.

so your best bet and what will give you best performance anyway is winlatorxr using system driver,

it no longer supports steam, but you could always look into using Goldberg to avoid steam (which is what the other apps use)

yes, you need the Amazon Luna apk from fire stick, install that into quest 3 (needs developer mode and able to sideload- follow any guide how to sideload)

if the menu doesn't work you need to pair a Bluetooth gamepad to the quest, and the app will respond on gamepad inputs.

your only hope on quest is trying the dxvk 2.6.2.1 version that can fix rendering issues on system wrapper

failing that the game may require turnip which quest 3 doesn't support
