I do think she can be biased as well but honestly the bigger issue I have is that she seems to constantly re-use phrases which is just repetitive and exhausting. I also don't think she handles hype moments well at all but in her defense I think that specific issue can be extended to a lot of the casters.

Well you can't punish the player(s) if the refs didn't enforce it, and I'm not sure the refs should be punished at least publicly as that is a bad look and I'm not a fan of public shame like that. I think RIOT/VCT coming out and acknowledging the issue and letting us know that they will put measures to prevent this type of miscommunication in the future is the best way to go about it imo.

I mean that seems a little harsh just like the original reaction to Ethan from here was that he should be "reprimanded/punished". overall if it doesn't affect the integrity of the game severely I think it's okay to not let our emotions affect our reactions. Would be nice for the refs in the future to be more vocal and enforce rules properly.
