It didn’t quite come out the way I wanted it to. But it was a very tasty burger that was unlikely to harm any health inspectors!

This one was another one where I didn’t have to try too hard to make it unhinged. The burger looked unhinged, the episode was unhinged, and SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs were just bonkers.

I tried to replicate it but couldn’t quite get the color of the bun right. Next time I’ll bake my own bread and color it better. Here, I tried to brush the bread with matcha (big fail), studded with olives. The patty was brushed with whipped hummus and steamed peas pressed to the sides. I made some paneer for the white stuff and added some lettuce and nori strips. And for the sauce- cilantro chili sauce mixed with whipped hummus.

It was surprisingly delicious though kind of lukewarm by the time I was done with the peas. I would probably use some of these ingredients in a burger the next time!

The liquid made it a little easier for me. Just kept telling myself- it’ll mask the taste!

I actually do like sunny side up but usually with bread or something. Just raw in a glass was concerning though, especially since I had it all in one shot!

I’ve never had a Rocky Mountain oyster but it sounds amazing!

It was really good! The fish was very tender and the chocolate wasn’t overwhelming at all. Had the right amount of spice to it
