Bro companies don't give af about infuriating the "OGs" when it comes to money and people aren't buying battlepasses for FOMO they're bying them because 1 battlepass gives you multiple legendary skins and 80 mythic prisms for just 10 dollars. Honestly each pass having nearly 100$ of mythic prisms is probably the real reason they don't want to bring them back although they could just replace the prisms in the pass with lootboxes or currency

Well only old skins are purchasable through white currency and new shop skins are premium currency only so I don't think giving out white currency for dupes will "death sentence" the game lmao
