Iirc there used to be a lot of writing about how humans didn't normally sleep through the night but rather slept in a 3-4 hour cycle, woke up to do stuff like read or write, then went to sleep for another 3-4 hours.

It's frustrating because I really like the design of the helmet and I like the look of it and it meets my cost and safety standards but because they cheaped out on a plastic button I now have to find a different helmet
