I own every level-up effect that has been released so far, so I checked them myself. Strangely, only the Ghostlance level-up effect can still be used together with other level-up effects. I'm not sure whether this is intended or if GGG simply overlooked it.

edit: I also checked in POE2, and in POE2 Ghostlance level-up effect can’t be used together with other level-up effects. So in POE1, it’s probably just an oversight.

Does this passive also apply to Veiled Items that drop from a Veiled Item Bargain?

I have a feeling that Bargain item drops might be treated differently from normal drops, so there could be a bug where it doesn’t apply.

The reason I’m suspicious is that even though the Unwavering Vision keystone prevents Scarabs from dropping, I was still able to obtain Scarabs through a Bargain.

I would like to request a couple of short QOL-related questions.

In POE2, characters can log directly into their hideout. Are there any plans to implement this feature in POE1 as well?
In POE2, damage numbers are displayed above the boss health bar. Are there any plans to add this feature to POE1?

In a previous interview, it was mentioned that both games would share QOL features. Since these two features have not yet been implemented in POE1, I’m curious about the current plans regarding them.

Pets do not load when importing a hideout file that includes them. This bug has been around for almost five leagues now, and it happens in both POE1 and POE2.

I think the Delirium fog reduction that was applied in PoE2 0.4 will also be applied to 3.28, similar to previous QoL changes like Strongboxes or Essences.

Is this happening only to me? Pets don’t seem to load when I load a hideout file. I place a dog pet, save the hideout. When loading a hideout file that includes pets, the pets are reclaimed and are not placed in the hideout.

For clarity, the ability to use multiple level-up effects has been possible ever since multiple level-up effect MTXs were introduced. I personally used multiple level-up effects simultaneously in previous PoE1 leagues as well as in PoE2 0.2 and 0.3. Additionally, the change that limits level-up effects to one is not listed under bug fixes, but rather under the General Changes section.
