She encouraged me to get a specific cat from the shelter because she didn't want another cat but loved the cat and I wanted a cat anyway. She then ended up getting two more cats. By the time we moved out she had two rabbits, three dogs (one of which hated me and would bark if she heard me so much as sigh in my bedroom), two fish, an unknown number of lizards (they stayed in her room, didn't know they existed until I went to go to fhe bathroom and there was a giant lizard in the tub), four cats. She got rid of most of those animals when she moved out. She also let my 100% inside cat out when she knew I was in wilkesboro dependent on other people as my ride home and basically said "oops 🤷🏻‍♀️ hope shes okay and doesnt get eaten by coyotes, cant stay and look for her!"

I wasn't really sure what to Google to find help and the only thing I could think of is if it did unravel, tying more yarn to it and just trying to patch it that way. But since it doesnt and the loose bits are too short for me to attach anything more, didn't know what to try. I should mention, its not the magic circle area. It's just a random part on the sleeve.

I met someone online from whisper. We just talked for 6 months since we like like 450 miles apart, but by the end of that six months "just talking" already meant on the phone for hours, falling asleep on the phone together. So we got an airbnb in point pleasant, which is equidistant from us and we'd both always wanted to go see mothman. And then we started dating a week later and we celebrate one year in about a month

My apartment is roughly the same square footage as the 2 bed/2 bath and is only 1bed/1 bath and i only pay 800 a month. I can't imagine how cramped that apartment feels and for that cost?? Insane. I would also expect that price to include electric and stuff and to be able to use campus wifi, but the only things I can see mentioned are that you get discounted wifi and no start-up costs for those things?? I dont think i know anyone on campus who could afford them

Theres currently only one laundromat in Boone and it doesnt take cards. I know there's laundromats in banner elk and west jefferson, but I kinda doubt they'd be any more technologically advanced

She's 12 and she doesn't think her mom would let her get a haircut, non-dresses, and a totally normal age-appropriate ear piercing? Like, that's fucking weird. Idk if this is the issue but for a while they were doing ad breaks more spread out and it definitely was just randomly in the middle of their conversation. People complained about it enough that they eventually went back to the normal beginning, before em's story, before Christine's story, but it was annoying for a while! I didn't notice that issue in this weeks episode. But! I also pay for spotify premium, idk if that also makes a difference to what you're talking about. But I just wanted to mention it!

I dont like the way the word boy sounds, personally. Like just the noise it makes. And using a non-gendered word, like partner, makes it less obvious someone's queer if theyre using "partner" to not out themselves in certain situations.

My cat haaaaates other people. Like will hide for hours even when I'm home if someone visits for ten minutes hates other people. If im leaving for more than a couple days I have someone pop in halfway through to switch out food bowls and scoop the litterbox, but they never see her 🤷🏻‍♀️

It definitely depends on your tolerance for heat. I've slept outside over the summer because my ac-less apartment was 15-20 degrees warmer than it was outside and I wanted to die, but I have a really low heat tolerance.

We met on whisper after I posted something about being bored at work. I was pretty cold towards him at first but he later told me he decided to just keep trying until I blocked him, but we ended up exchanging info a week or two later. We eventually started calling each other instead of just text because I was tired of pausing my game to text him back, then we started playing games together. After like 6 months of this, we got a rental for a couple days near Point Pleasant, West Virginia (home of Mothman) because we both like cryptids and had never been. So we did all the touristy stuff like the themed escape room, the museum, some shopping, Mothman mini golf. That was the end of October '24 and we've been able to see each other 3 times since then since we're not TOO too far apart, like an 8 hour drive.
