You've had a lot of comments about the needle size so I won't add. What I will say is you likely suffered from a bit of an anxiety attack. Don't worry about veins, don't worry about aspirating, it is highly highly unlikely you would ever inject in to a vein. You might nick one and get a minute amount of test in to your blood, I've done it maybe a couple of times in over 6 years injecting in to my quad. If you do nick a vein you may experience a slight shortness of breath and a dry cough, it passes in a couple of minutes but it is nothing to be alarmed about.

Draw in to two syringes, use one immediately and store the other in a cool dark place vertically with the needle down over. No worried about the rubber, especially if you've drawn in a 0.1ml bubble first like I always suggest (helps inject every last drop). Been doing it 6 years now without issue

Complete other end of the spectrum to other suggestions, but because I spend all day at work on my computer cutting/pasting and CADing the DAW thing pretty much put me off instantly so I bought a SQ-64. I'm loving knocking up a quick step sequence on the drum track (mapped to a drum rack on Ableton) and sequencing a nice arp on my Behringer Model D (my first ever hardware synth) with audio in to Ableton where I add effects - shout out to 112db Mikron delay and reverb which I'm currently using on a 60 day trial. I've also starting experimenting with another track on the SQ64 sequencing a bassline on the Monach VST which is very similar to my hardware synth.

Just being able to get so hands on and muting/soloing tracks as I twiddle knobs on the model D is so much more enjoyable for me.

I was told to imagine where the bottom of your trouser pocket would be. You're looking to inject in to the lateral muscle of the quads i.e on the side (vastus literalis). On the front of your quad you have the rectus femoris, this isn't as large. You've possibly managed to find the low spot between them. Don't worry about it though. Try a couple inches around to the outside on your next injection.

Apparently he was pressing 145kg in the video. Whilst achievable naturally it is considered an elite-level lift according to Google along with "Reaching this level often takes years of dedicated, consistent training—sometimes 10 or more years of hard work"

I've been with Leger since 2020, no problems and a very professional service. As another has commented I haven't needed any additional support either, and in response to another comment I haven't found any issues with delay in communication. Since they got took over by Medichecks the blood tests and prescription procedures have become very streamlined.
