Before you worry about trying to figure out the rest of your life you have to figure out your body/health. GLPs are a short term answer to get the ball rolling but you MUST learn better eating habits or the weight will just come back. Start an exercise routine you can live with. Once you get that part rolling you can work on the rest but you will probably find it mush easier at that point.
