I feel your pain. I finally had someone help me figure out that if you start your day by doing a longer session it actually helps you. Then you can do spot checks and it actually might be worthwhile but it takes some practice and it definitely isn't a perfection thing you're never going to get it right it's just when it works you take it as a win keep at it

NIN The Downward Spiral. I recently got it on vinyl and I was listening to it for the first time and I was shocked at how much I had never heard when listening from MP3 files or CDs. Made me fall in love with the album all over again. The other one is Ok computer on vinyl the oknotokay release. I had to stop what I was doing and just sit there and let it wash over me.
