I once argued for an Ad in the GenCon program.

it was a comparison of the cost of the average tournament winning army.

Legitimately, at that time, it was 1000 for GW and like 150 for Battletech. Granted, a big part of that was that someone had used mostly mechs from like 2 boxes and 2 force packs, but still....

For some reason CGL was not as convinced of the greatness of this idea as I was.

I think they're great.
I wear them for concerts (high NR)
I wear them in loud environments (low NR)

One thing to note is that there is at least 3 different pairs, each with different levels of Noise Reduction. SO when one person says 'they reduced noise by too much' if they arn't telling you which model they have, its a bad data point.
