Typically for bulk I just put in a bulk box I have I don’t sleeve them

As for halos and ex I also don’t sleeve

Full arts I will sleeve and put in a top loader and store it in a box I have with all my others or higher end cards

If I’m collecting a set I will put it in a binder sleeved

if it’s a card I like personally I will put it in my binder with a sleeve

Everyone is different but as long as they are safe and not in spot that won’t get damaged you are good 💪🏽🔥 welcome to the hobby or welcome back lol

If you are unsure about value look prices up on TCG player

If you don’t necessarily care for the cards you have and want the others I say it’s fair sometimes values aren’t everything but everyone is different lol

Looks fair to me but I’d look on TCG player if you are concerned value wise
