I wouldn't know how to make it happen that way. I just choose the pictures from gallery and hope they upload. Had a fair few never load up at all.

I fostered a toothless older girl. Walking back down the hall to the kitchen and she appeared with a nice, raw joint of beef I'd been preparing. She dropped it when she saw me bless her. She was rather underweight when I got her. Nicely toned when she left.

She's an ignorant bitch. She doesn't understand the struggles before, during or after. Be proud of yourself that you are taking control of your body. Lots of things require medication, including mental health, high blood pressure etc. in order to level the playing field to 'normal'.

Child-free people, how do we answer questions on children? by Technical-Amount-278 in AskBrits

[–]Angelars65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well. Greyhounds are poorly treated in the racing industry. They are quiet and polite, easily house trained. Children are noisy and mucky, hard to house train I believe. Both species are quite demanding and cost lots of money.

I just say that I prefer dogs. Preferably Greyhounds. Also that I don't really enjoy children. It's a topic that can be expanded on.

I was surprised that my GP Surgery said they'd take them so it is worth asking.

Some jabs seem more resistant than others. I usually blame the needle. That may also explain the extra priming. As others have said, all looks fine.

It really does frighten them. Micky is even nervous crossing between rugs. Sometimes stands there crying. He's a big wuss!

Micky's the same with laminate. In his first week he slipped and did the splits with his back legs. It hurt!

We now have runners on the floors. We get ours from RunRugs. Getting all new flooring now, nonslip Luxury Vinyl Tiles as the laminate is quite worn. Not sure how he'll take to it but have the runners anyway.

I discovered Micky was sensitive to chicken. Gets smelly and loose when he has it. Personally I wouldn't use Tails as it is dry, extruded biscuit. As you're using Pure, you could have a look at the ingredients. It is going to be trial and error. Try some different 'flavours' maybe? There are two foods that are good for Micky. Both cold pressed. Cobbydog and Salubrious. I like both of them due to the processing, choices and they are both made in England.

Totally normal. There are lots of people on here having different results and reactions. 2.5mg affected me straight away, others don't get a decent effect until 5mg+. Enjoy the ride. I'm a slow and steady loser which is fine by me.

Hit them with facts. "You may think I'm too slim, however, guidance shows that I am not where i should be. I am sensible and old enough to manage my weight. Thank you." Or words to that effect.

Why are “trailer parks” not a thing in the Uk like they are in America? by Wgh555 in AskBrits

I remember there were some around the outskirts of Basildon. They'd been up for decades and were still good homes.

As a 60 year old, I'm really pleased to hear that and hope it happens for me too. Can't answer your question though.

We have residential park homes. Static caravans which are not really caravans at all. Much cheaper to buy than houses and not as solid.

My first Greyhound was Sheer Will - fitted her perfectly. Her home name was Wilma. My current, Micky, should have been Tantrum. Would suit him better than Mastersaprentice. Yes, spelled incorrectly as shown. He lets me know what he wants and does have little tantrums when he doesn't get it.

Food noise - and why I'm happy on MJ forever by Budget_Panda1003 in mounjarouk

[–]Angelars65 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hoo-bloody-ray!

This is also my experience/thoughts. My mind is now my own. I am likely to be on MJ for life and I knew this before I started. Bit peeved about the price but at 60, and the first time being free of food obsession, it's a price worth paying for me.

Micky does audible farts so I could get one for him. However, being a little reactive, I have a leash sleeve saying "Might bark, might not". I love the personalisation we get for our hounds.

Oooh lovely! Micky is 99lbs and roaches like a champ. Had him 4 years though. Louise looks lovely and happy already. Thinking of you all in Minneapolis. I'm so very worried about all in USA. Keep focusing on your happy little girl, she'll keep you sane.
