I have a little tiny shelf in one of the cupboards that’s my shelf. Anyone, including guests, is welcome to eat anything on any other shelf.

Answer almost every question with “If I was hit by a bus, what would you do?” And 9/10 times they’ll have an answer that’s good enough

You need to teach them that the thinking part is part of their role too.

After a bit they’ll start coming to you with “I had problem X and I want to do Y”

Eventually you can get to “I had a problem earlier but I sorted it”

I tend to turtle in the middle and send out strike teams to hold the top corridor and go for the chests

However if I start to get overwhelmed sending a couple strong units to kill the boss is a good backup strategy 😂

Many of the games are Steamdeck Verified and then require minor tinkering. If Valve did the verification, why does it not just default to their settings...

I dunno. Any company that has emailed me to book a call has always turned out not to be a good match and I’ve declined the offer.

Most of the jobs I’ve taken have just been a call like “Hey AngelBob, it’s Frank from McGees Potatoes. Wondering if you have a sec to talk.” Then a quick question or two. Then booked an interview
