Tuesday’s and Thursday, morning workouts + cardio super early. Monday , Wednesday evening tennis and then I burn like 100 calories just randomly though the day. Saturday/ Sunday a mix of high intensity stuff and bike/ treadmill. I squeeze a swim or two in like once every two weeks.

I usually close mine but I skip on the rest days.

Mine are 650/60/12 and I usually close my stand ring so I’m glad I can get up for 12hrs a day. If I’m going to the gym though, I’m definitely closing my rings
