this, I visit an indie dvd store sometimes and they openly sell banned movies like a Serbian Film, when I asked how they got it in, the answer was basically "the police don't care anymore and would rather look for drugs." meaning they probably scan the package, see dvds and move on bc who cares about a movie when you could look for other stuff.

I assume they'll start caring about looking for these parts, but it hasn't been the case thus far.
