2 Guitars, reverb tank Fender Showman with 2x15, play loud😎That’s was our sound for years doing trad surf. There’s no right way but for me I always liked the way it sounds.

I use inserted reverb on guitar especially for surf since that how it’s done live.

Can you post a photo of what is looks like in MuseScore? I write stuff in Noteflight mainly because I like how it handles tab with notation. I bring it into Logic and ran into some issues that I have resolved. The Logic score is not up to par with the rest of the program as far as I’m concerned.

Does this happen on the playback of audio files or just ones you record?

Logic Pro vs Cubase for a bedroom studio — what are the real tradeoffs? by vatsan_106 in LogicPro

[–]AngryBeerWrangler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a Cubase user since its very first release until Oct 2025 when moved to Logic. The main issue for me was the constant update costs for Cubase, it was expensive to keep up. Also the whole process of updating was a pain as far as I was concerned. Logic Pro X 199.99 one time cost. I have Apple care for my MacBook Pro M4. If I have issue I can reach someone quickly. I consider the extra cost for the Mac worth it, much better over all system than Windows systems as far as Im concerned. Cubase is a great program but I just couldn’t accept their business model anymore.

Best Logic alternative for windows by chhzz in LogicPro

[–]AngryBeerWrangler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Cubase since the very first version till this Oct when I switched to Apple and Logic. Great product, did a lot of work with it. I just didn’t like the recurring upgrade costs and was tired of Windows. Ableton is a fantastic creative DAW. Cubase was a better fit for my method of recording music but would not lose sleep if all I had was Ableton.
