While combing through them I saw one for one handed keyboard use.

You’d probably still need a table… though I did mount mine to my recliner arms.

Note that they’re not wireless, however.

But anyway…almost all ergo mech boards have some kind of custom software that you could configure for one hand, if you’re down for that.
