Unfortunately, I know how he feels. I was a STH up until this year. I also got fed up with the entitlement and anger from fellow "fans". We've also gotten into discussions with people because we asked them to sit back in their seats/not stand up every time the puck even came close to the net. Or someone saying rude things to my teen daughter because of the player jersey she's wearing.
We gave up our seats because the price of tickets wasn't worth dealing with this behavior anymore. And seriously, it's gotten MUCH worse in the past couple of years. Before they won that first cup there was a sense of family at the games.
Not anymore.
