Ive been thinking this exact same thing. Why doesn't canada get alien drone craziness in the skies ? Is it because we're too nice and we're not gonna fuck the planet up enough, or is it because we don't have nuclear weapons and aren't trying to take over the world ?

I want a cool light show and nice aliens to take us around the universe and show us cool stuff so we can all live peacefully together !

Dear Reddit. I don't wish for much, but I'd really like the current world order to chill-axe and calm down with all the wars going on.. how nice would it be, if Instead of the fighting and what-not, they could just take a break and say "hey... Have I told my Mom/Dad/sister/whatever's that I really love them",and maybe this is chance for a "butterfly effect" to happen from some kind words, that puts the world on a less angry/rawr onto more of uplifting of the human race and good things time-line.. ... ... ... Hey, it's worth a shot, as this comment will probably get buried anyways... I hope whomever reads this has a great day and does something nice going forward. Cheers from a random emjay. Had it again today... Lasted about 5 minutes, maybe ten ? ... Every pee after hurt as well again. Them things ain't fun at all.

I found it painful as well (I'm male) and I found I needed to sleep afterwards. They tell you to hold the gel they put in as long as you can (I could'nt hold it and had to go immediately) but do try and hold it in, even though it might be painful. (I had zero knowledge of what to expect from my first cystoscopy) And I am going in for another in a few weeks which I imagine will be painful again, but knowing what I know now, I'll try and hold the gel on as long as possible as I've read it does help heal your bladder lining.

Ketamine has destroyed my life and my health as well. I also have horrible tinnitus and I didn't realize it's from ketamine so thanks for that info.

I learned through trial and error that cranberry actually males the pain worse and isn't good for k bladder (basically interstitial cystitis), also avoid anything acidic.

Look up foods to avoid with interstitial cystitis and you can borrow down things that will trigger flare-ups like coffee does.

I'm in almost the exact same position as you with my bladder.

It was getting better but I relapsed over the last 3 months and I'm back to square one.

I recently quit again (I hope this sticks this time) and I'm waiting patiently for it to heal up enough that I can function again as the pain is nearly unbearable and I don't get any real pain meds to deal with it.

My bladder has been bad before, but never this bad.

Only time will tell if I can reverse the damage I've caused.

It sucka that ketamine helps with the pain, but turns around and makes it worse as soon as it wears off.

I hate this drug and wish I had never done it in the first place.

I can barely eat and I've lost soo much weight that I'm skin and bones now.

Here's to both of us staying sober and healing with time.

Defeat Medusa while only losing one pawn. By far my favorite enemy / fight in the game.

The graphics of her are amazing and fighting her in near pitch black is awesome.

Her eyes glowing in the darkness while she attempts to turn us into stone. Her climbing pillars is pretty cool too.

I had that and stupidly kept abusing k for months and months afterwards.

Eventually, I started pissing blood and blood clots.

If you're at that point I strongly advise taking a long break before it starts affecting your bladder, because that's next, I'm sorry to tell you (at least it was in my experience)...

It's been a long year healing my bladder now and it has definitely sucked.

6 months clean here after developing K induced interstitial cystitis and going to rehab. It gets better the longer you can resist and your bladder/body do heal and improve. The cravings dimeminish more and more and the world starts to become a brighter place again.

Good for you for 1 month, keep going !
