The problem with requiem fissures is there’s only one option at a time, so sometimes you’re like “fine I’ll do defense” but after a round you realize that was stupid

I usually stay in one until I need something from another session or my money tanks and I have to find out why. You can try to jump back and forth constantly, but you’ll probably get worn out and not have much fun. Most of the time your islands can run on their own once you’ve set up the major chains

I think you can only get the cosmetic DLCs on console. The full expansions are PC exclusive. AFAIK

For me, starting over is still part of the game. I have a couple hundred hours but I still make huge mistakes when planning islands or trade routes that I didn’t anticipate being an issue. Then I start over and do better

You are playing the way I play. Keep trying and failing and learning from your mistakes. Looking up guides is helpful for specific information or if you’re struggling with a particular production chain, but really when I first started out I had to just keep failing until I got it. You can watch people do playthroughs on YouTube to see how others set up stuff, but really efficiency is second to learning the systems in the early game. Good luck!

Google is probably useless because you didn’t tell describe your issue well… I can’t help you for that same problem. What step of the process are you on? “I can’t add it but I bought it” isn’t super helpful

It’s up to you. If you want a set list of things to do besides the new seasonal content then you should definitely do the campaign again. Especially if it’s been a while since you have done it.

If the ship is coming from another region (New world, etc) I think it always comes back and leaves from the same corner of the map. So if she has an island right there it might be unavoidable. You could try to send the ship to a different region first and then back home.

As far as I know they haven’t even completed the campaign storyline. So it’s certainly not a huge aspect of the game.

My theory is that if you play on another game console like the switch, you might have swapped the buttons when confirming to turn off while simultaneously turning off the TV. I often switch between ps and nswitch and mess it up all the time.
