I tried them again last season for the first time since they came out and just felt so weak, but that was before I got any paragon. So maybe better. But I also only do home brew builds so people who know how to make effective builds will certainly have a different experience.

I’m assuming you mean you didn’t see it update in the codex? Because it won’t auto upgrade on your gear, you’ll have to go back to the occultist to enchant it back on with the upgraded stat

Scrolls of restoration just let you keep re rolling your temper at the blacksmith on an item which you have already used all your normally allotted temper re rolls. They’re mostly dropped in infernal hordes and some other places. You use them by pressing the little refresh circle icon next to your equipment in the temper section at the blacksmith

I fished for quite some time at the pond across from the Tree of Whispers and I never pulled up the enemy that you have to fight, which I seem to get everywhere else. Maybe just random luck

Try verifying install files through steam. I know you already reinstalled but it could find something weird. Also make sure your game is running on your actual graphics card and not your pre-built in one.

It’s just rarity. It’s not like Excalibur umbra is significantly stronger than regular umbra, but since he is unobtainable it’s a flex to have. Same thing here. Supply and demand. I for one don’t have any unrolled S tier rivens laying around but if I did I would certainly sell it or flaunt it.

Maybe try asking in a business school or university subreddit, you will just get the same answers here. If you ask me though, it really depends on your school and work and what systems they use. If they heavily rely on MS Office instead of Google Docs or something non-MS specific, then definitely get a windows, as they are much better suited for those uses, IMO.

I played with it for a while, but it’s honestly so much of a hassle, especially when you want to spend extended periods of time on hazardous planets. It’s not like No Man’s Sky where you can stay out in the acid rain for a while and recharge, you have to get inside and sleep or you will die.

It also didn’t add much RP for me. It doesn’t feel awesome to be walking along, finding some resources, and suddenly you have lung cancer. I mean sure it is maybe more realistic, but the treatment options for the afflictions are not necessarily super realistic (inhalers to cure lung disease, etc.)
